Drive thru can take a long time. I sometimes wonder why they don't park ppl who have big orders. I mean they have so many stalls. For someone who comes in for only a drink it's frustrating.

The food was fresh & good. About what you'd expect from fast food. The service was very nice. I've been here a few times & they're always very helpful & friendly I really wish I could give this place a higher rating.
Unfortunately the bathroom was disgusting & didn't have everything it needed. The sink was clogged & filled with water. It didn't have toilet paper or paper towels. Thankfully I had supplies in my purse. There wasn't a clean place to set or hang my purse. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. More importantly, I felt genuinely unsafe as there was some sort of issue with the lock on the door. I really hope management addresses the bathroom issue. Safety & cleanliness is very important to me. I travel a lot either by myself, or with my daughter. This is a major issue for me.

Writing this as I have sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes and haven't even ordered yet. This is the slowest Sonic I have ever been to. Every single time I come here, it takes a half an hour to a drink. It. Is. Every. Single. Time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic location. I placed an online order and when we arrived, we parked in a stall and checked in with an employee named Maddie. She asked for my name and told us to stay there while they prepared our order.
My kids and I waited for about 30 minutes and no one brought our food, even though we saw other cars receiving their orders within about 5 minutes. We eventually went through the drive-thru to ask about our order, and Maddie told us that we had not been checked in yet, which was confusing because she was the one who spoke to us earlier and asked for my name.
After waiting another 10 minutes, we finally received our order, but when we left we noticed that one of the items we paid for, the corn dog, was missing. We had to go back again and wait another 5 minutes just to receive the missing item. The medium fries also looked much smaller than expected.
For a simple order of a few items that cost around $40, the wait time and service were very disappointing. I hope management can look into this because the experience was frustrating, especially with kids waiting in the car.
