- CDCrystal DeaneOct 15, 20255.0We stopped in Tehachapi to get gas and some sandwiches from Subway on our way home from camping on the coast about a week ago, and ended up leaving our kids stainless steel water bottles on one of the tables there. I called within 20 minutes of realizing we had forgotten them and spoke with Crystal, the manager on duty. She said she would mail them to us, which was more than I had expected. We didn’t want to have to turn around and go back, as we were pulling a trailer and it wouldn’t be that easy. So to have her offer to mail them to us was a nice surprise. She was very pleasant and helpful, as were all the girls working. Not to mention, the sandwiches were tasty as well! We most certainly will be stopping here again, as my kids love Subway sandwiches!
