  got my order wrong but my sisters right instead of giving me one supreme burrito they gave me 3 spicy potato soft tacos which sucked

  Where do I begin with this one- the staff, referring to the the managers- unprofessional and rude, specifically the younger manager, she is a Latina female - I never understand, if you don’t like dealing with people, why do you even work there-The only manager that is amazing there is the main manager- She is great at her job and knows how to deal with people in a professional and courteous way- The day I was there, I tried talking to the younger female Latina manager as i waited for my food and all she did was, told me to wait and walked away without checking where they place their orders once they are completed-to no surprise of mine, my food had been sitting on the shelf for some time - and the female manager say , my bad? Not by a long shot- unprofessional and rude !

  Bad service from employees… I am waiting at store more than 15 min for DoorDash pickup but Thay didn’t start preparing after 15 min Thay still ask me the name

  Had a terrible experience the first time since moving to the area. Followed up with the supervisor she was extremely professional and already made up for it. Thank you for making things right I’ll be back soon.

  Really enjoyed the food here, and atmosphere is decent enough to dine in and relax. I usually come here halfway through doing my food deliveries, best pit stop for me.
