I have several complaints but they go unheard from customer service because the employees don't give a receipt, which lists the store number that is required when providing feedback. I feel like this place intentionally gives horrible food/service and intentionally doesn't give a receipt. Ps. The "big arch" is the worst burger over ever had. Greasy. Too much mustard. Shredded taco lettuce. Soggy buns. Everything falling apart. It took 15 minutes for 1 burger that looked like someone made it in a hurry! THIS LOCATION SUCKS!
- SSsiamakzgMar 20, 20261.0I had a very poor experience at this location today. After ordering at the kiosk, I asked the cashier for the restroom code. She told me she would open the door, but I waited about 6 minutes while she repeatedly looked at me and did nothing. When I asked again, she finally opened it with a noticeably rude attitude. I then waited approximately 16 minutes for my food to be brought to my table. When I asked to speak with a manager, the person who brought my food said he was the manager. I explained both the employee’s behavior and the long wait time. His only response was “we are busy,” with no apology or attempt to address the situation. When I requested a refund, he said I could keep the food and get my money back, but even then, I had to wait again while he served other customers before processing it. This was not just a delay issue but a lack of basic customer service, professionalism, and accountability. I would not recommend this location.

Too many kids from the High school near by and Homeless from the park across the street. Probably the worse McDonald's I been to.🤮
