  I’ve visited this McDonald’s location multiple times, and when I order Happy Meals for my kids, about one out of three times the sauce is either wrong or missing. By the time I get home and realize it, I have to go back just for a sauce. That means the food gets cold, and it’s extremely frustrating. It makes me not want to come back at all. It’s very inconvenient that I have to check every single item before leaving, every time I order. This location is honestly one of the worst I’ve experienced.

  Now I'm going to check my order with myself, right at the counter. I ordered two archie burgers and two quarter pounders. One archie burger has one patty, the other has two. One quarter pounder has tomatoes, the other doesn't. What is this? For what did I pay?

  Fui a tomar un café y lamentablemente se comportaron groseros. Pedimos 3 cafés para llevar y uno lo pedimos mal, por lo que nos acercamos al mostrador para ver la posibilidad de un cambio. El personal que atendía empezó a hablar en español (nosotros pedimos el cambio en inglés, ya que nos habían respondido en inglés), hablaban mal de nosotros sin saber que los entendíamos. Es lamentable que maltraten al cliente y lo traten en forma despectiva, incluso si cometió un error en el pedido, como fue nuestro caso.
