The restaurant forgot a salad, which THEY contacted me. I have never had anyone reach out to me about a missing item, which was such a nice surprise. Their Korean manager, went above and beyond and had the salad delivered. It was pouring rain, but we got our salad. Thank you Kravings for always coming thru with delicious meals and having such an exceptional staff representing your restaurant.

They have a device on the table where you flip a light switch. This light indicates if you want servers to come to your table for the meats. There's also a light to indicate if you want service. For entertainment, there were two Brazilian dancers that performed while we were eating dinner. Good vibes overall.
