- T8Tiri 805Mar 29, 20261.0I went in earlier today around 1:30pm and bought some groceries. When I went to check out I was trying to use a 20% off my total purchase coupon that I had received from switching my prescriptions over to a vons pharmacy. The coupon was from a different vons but I was told by the pharmacist that I could use the coupon at any vons. The coupon wasn't working when I scanned it at self checkout so I asked for help. The cashier who's name was Lisa Maria was really rude. She kept insisting that I didn't get the coupon from vons and it came from an albertons. I told her no it came from a vons because I got it at the pharmacy. She was acting like it was a fake coupon I made. She even took for ever to help us. When she finally decided that it was indeed a real coupon that we did get from a vons (not that exact vons but we were told we could us the coupon at any vons), she rung us up at the register but still continued to make comments about the coupon being from Albertsons. I even told her if it was a big problem I would just take my coupon back and use it another time. But she still continued with the Albertsons comment. I told her if I could show her proof on how I got it I would but they just gave it to me with my prescriptions. Sh finally manually put in the coupon. Worst customer service skills a person can have. She needs to get re-trained on better customer skills.
