- IMIzzy MaresAug 11, 20251.0Every time I come here the lettuce never looks fresh and is wilting away. I went in today and Carla made my sandwich. She had a rude attitude. She would ask me a question and interrupt my answer with another question. She almost threw my sandwich into the oven when I didn’t want it warmed and I had to ask her to stop. She didn’t ask if I wanted my sandwich warmed (I prefer a cold sandwich). When my boyfriend got his sandwich warmed it still had 5 seconds left on it to toast when they interrupted it and pulled it too soon. They pulled it early just to move the other person in line along. His sandwich was under toasted. When they folded and cut his sandwich half his sandwich filling fell out. The manager came out to ring us up and was not friendly. When I got home to eat neither mine not my boyfriend’s sandwich was cut all the way.
