I called and spoke with a young lady who gave me the credit for my order to use in the furure. I called today to use that credit and the employee Eddie refused to give me the credit saying there was no credit on my account. He said I needed to give him the name of the person I spoke with . I explained to him that I did not write down her name because when I asked her what info I needed to use my credit in the future she said to just give my phone number and it will show up. The employee Eddie was very rude and dismissive and did not want to do his job in helping me as I asked if he can ask the workers that are working right now about my credit to see if the young lady remembered because Eddie told me all the employees were working their shift right now. I asked him why he didn’t want to ask them since he was refusing to honor the credit because he couldn’t see it in the notes employees leave in their office for future credits and he responded very rudely “because I don’t want to “. I asked him to then cancel my entire order and that I would like to speak with Jerry the manger because I don’t see why I am having to go through this headache of getting my item which is rightfully mine since my order was wrong to begin with. And now I can’t get my item because the employee forgot to write it down in the system when I asked her and she confirmed it would be in there. The manger Jerry is supposedly not there now so I will have to wait to get this matter resolved.
