They say they don’t have fries in stock and then charge me extra for the substitution that they made me have to do because they were not properly prepared to start their business day with what was needed on the menu. They ran to the back when I took out my phone wouldn’t help anybody else until I left the store which was insane. Call the police all because I needed a corporate number and they wouldn’t come back in the front and talk to me. They lied about their name wouldn’t let me see their name tag horrible service ask for corporate number wouldn’t give it to me ask their district manager’s number they pointed out the door the door number lead straight into the store so they lied about that being in the corporate ladies number never answered horrible service. Don’t recommend anyone going there. Start going to Wingstop way better customer service.
