    We've been there two or three times. Every time we've been there the manager helped us and he is the skimpiest Chipotle employee I have ever stood in front of. We will not ever come there again and this was multiple visits and he was the same person every time that helped us.

    Sat at the window for 20 minutes before i was even looked at by an employee. The app is useless if you want an accurate estimation of when you can expect your food. The vibe is always disorganized and chaotic even when not busy but that's kinda every chipotle.

    I’ve given this chipotle a chance so many times, and every single time they give me someone else’s order. Or they just blatantly make the order wrong. The amount of times I go to pickup my order with my name on it, nothing about the order is mine. Idk what they gave me tonight, but it’s far from what I ordered. I ordered a carne asada bowl & got a bowl with one scoop of rice, cheese, sour cream & chicken??? Is this a joke?? Yall get paid way too much for this to be a consistent problem.
