Their donuts are good but not always ready. Made a special trip at 5:30 a.m. and the glass case was empty... Will call ahead next time.

When I went over to this location to get some boneless wings, the employees who work here in the afternoon are rude, inconsiderate, act way too sarcastic, and have no regards for their customers considering they only serve expired food that gives everyone botulism. I definitely am not going to buy from the hot food vendors of Safeway, considering they made fun of the way I talk as a disabled individual.

Couldn't find anywhere to review on Starbucks for this location specifically. It seems to me that the employees are not being trained properly. Drinks are so bland, and I have to pay for extra syrup for a drink that's supposed to be made good the first time around. My sister also gets the same drink and it's made wrong. Every. Single. Time. We have to constantly ask the baristas to fix our drinks and we're always given additude when doing so. I haven't had this problem with one specific employee, the goth girl with black hair and a mask. She's always very polite and likes to joke around. It makes my day. Unfortunately she seems to be the only one who know how to make the drinks right and good the first time around and are the ONLY reason I go to get my coffee in this specific location. I'm very disappointed because I don't get to choose who my barista is, but I wish I could. Price is outrageous but Starbucks always has been disgustingly expensive. I'm willing to pay $6 for a drink that is made proper the first time, but receiving additude when I request a fix is unacceptable.
Edit: nothing has changed. The baristas smoke outside with their aprons on when I go there and I am not sure why they are allowed to do so. Not only that, it has been about a month since my first review and nothing has changed. Our coffees are STILL bland and flavourless, which I am not happy about. One girl tried to put water in my friends drink when we ordered a lemonade. JUST water. They have done this almost every time, and they apologize and say they're sorry when we correct them. I'm not happy about this at all. Also the prices don't seem to match up. My drink is usually $8 for the biggest cup and $7.50 for the smallest. I think they aren't charging us right. The employees are generally nice people but they really can't make coffee to save themselves. I'm just disappointed. I think this will be my last review because I've spent too much money and I'm tired of not having my order made right the first time or not at all. Still, I'm sad because my favorite barista (Kim) makes me coffee the best. I wish I could still come here to get my drinks specifically from her but Im done giving this place a chance.
