- RWRandy Williams4 days ago1.0Don't Grocery shop at this store this is the worst store I have ever been to they said that my transaction was suspended and that my funds would be put back on my card in 24 to 72 hrs and that was a lie so I went back to the store and then I was told 10days and so I waited 10days and nothing so I called them again all to be told that I have to call my card customer service and see what is going on or to get proof that the transaction went through because there system shows it was canceled and it wasn't canceled it was payed for and all cuz of there mistake I know have to wait 15 days for my card service to investigate the transaction so because of them I don't have nothing in my house. Drinks are so bland, and I have to pay for extra syrup for a drink that's supposed to be made good the first time around. My sister also gets the same drink and it's made wrong. Every. Single. Time. We have to constantly ask the baristas to fix our drinks and we're always given additude when doing so. I haven't had this problem with one specific employee, the goth girl with black hair and a mask. She's always very polite and likes to joke around. It makes my day. Unfortunately she seems to be the only one who know how to make the drinks right and good the first time around and are the ONLY reason I go to get my coffee in this specific location. I'm very disappointed because I don't get to choose who my barista is, but I wish I could. Price is outrageous but Starbucks always has been disgustingly expensive. I'm willing to pay $6 for a drink that is made proper the first time, but receiving additude when I request a fix is unacceptable.
