  25 minutes for a curbside pickup order for a filet of fish and lemonade. Makes me never want to use your mobile app again. So many other orders and especially drive-thrus just kept flying by, and I almost waited half an hour for fast food. Probably won’t come back to this location again…

  Very slow service, workers will do anything but make your food. Even when the place is empty you’ll have to wait +15 minutes for a simple meal. And half the time you’ll get items missing in your order. McDonald’s don’t reply with a feedback link, do better and hire better workers. Chuds.

  I ordered four double cheeseburgers and a McChicken meal deal, which comes with a McChicken, 4-piece nuggets, small fries, and a small drink. I was asked to park in one of the drive-thru spots for a few minutes. When my order was brought to me, I quickly checked for the condiments I requested, but I didn’t double-check everything. After I got home, I noticed that the 4-piece nuggets were missing. I tried calling the store, but no one answered. It’s not a big deal, but this isn’t the first or second time this has happened—this location has messed up my order multiple times when I go through the drive-thru. I just wish the workers would double-check every customer’s order.

  I don't know who you guys think you're cheating making bad iced tea but it isn't the customers. People, like myself, we'll go to a McDonald's that consistently makes good iced tea versus one that doesn't. If we feel like mcdonald's, we will get McDonald's. But the quality of iced tea will determine whether or not we go to your McDonald's or the one on El Camino. You may have a captive audience with the online orders but in person orders are more profitable. When you're fighting for market share of that audience, iced tea is what drives which one we go to. The food will be exactly the same at any McDonald's. The iced tea isn't. Keep making bad iced tea and you'll be giving business to the El Camino location. Oh, and this is a recent thing here. You guys are consistently for getting one item from people's orders. If people order two burgers, they have a tendency of getting one. You guys should really address this because it's really annoying to have to turn around and go back for it to go order
