I ordered a California crunchwrap and my partner ordered the steak crunchwrap for breakfast. My CA crunchwrap significantly had less eggs than the steak one. There is no way that could have been the “portion size” serving. I went up to the counter with my crunchwrap unwrapped to show the cook there werent any eggs in there. “I’ll show you the portion size,” she said. Looking at it the portion size was 3x the amount of crumbs of eggs that was in there wrap. My partner had already given me pieces of eggs from his steak wrap. but he still had more in his wrap. He had to go up and speak with the cook to tell her how she was in the wrong and re-explain what I told her. My partner who is a caucasian male, while I am not, was given privilege to receive the correct amount of eggs. My gentle and kind ask was dismissed, and met with hostility. I would have been happy to be just given correct amount of eggs.

My customers have had issues with her too. Today she gave me an attitude because I wanted to order a beef and cheese burrito and she continue to argue with me that they can’t do that. This is a lie. I got out of the drive-through parked my car went inside and order. Just got a beef and cheese burrito.. They need to train their staff to not get backtalk and attitudes. The girl didn’t even wanna give me her name and I had to ask the manager what her name was. When dealing with Customer Service, it’s important to know who you’re speaking to and she had no concern or care in the world.
