  We came in. We had a large order. It was last minute, but they were able to complete our order really fast. And everything was good. It was made the way that we wanted it. And no complaints, the service was nice

  Una experiencia absolutamente terrible. He estado viniendo a este Subway por casi dos años, principalmente porque es el más cercano a mi trabajo. Suelo comprar comida no solo para mí, sino también para mis compañeros — y normalmente gasto más de $100 en cada visita. Pero lo único que recibo a cambio es un mal trato y una energía negativa. Hay una empleada de baja estatura, con sobrepeso, que ha estado trabajando allí desde hace tiempo — y la describo solo para que no se culpe a otros trabajadores injustamente. Su actitud es horrible. Es constantemente grosera, le habla a los clientes sin ningún respeto y hace que toda la experiencia sea incómoda. No es la primera vez que la veo comportarse así. También armó una escena con otros clientes delante de todos, haciendo que todos se sintieran incómodos y mal atendidos. No entiendo por qué la gerencia permite este tipo de comportamiento. La comida es promedio, pero el servicio — especialmente por parte de esta empleada — es simplemente tóxico. No volveré a este lugar. Si valoras el buen trato al cliente, mantente lejos de esta sucursal. ⸻ Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been coming to this Subway for almost two years now, mainly because it’s the closest to my job. I often buy food not just for myself but also for my coworkers — usually spending over $100 during each visit. But what I keep getting in return is bad treatment and bad energy. There’s a short, chubby female employee who’s been there for a long time — and I only describe her so that other workers don’t get blamed unfairly. Her attitude is horrible. She’s constantly rude, talks to customers with zero respect, and makes the entire experience uncomfortable. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen her act this way. She also caused a loud scene with other customers in front of everyone, making people feel awkward and unwelcome. I don’t know why management continues to allow this kind of behavior. The food is average, but the service — especially from this one employee — is just toxic. I won’t be coming back anymore. If you care about customer service, stay far away from this location.

  This girl doesn’t know what she’s doing. I ordered my sandwiches and went to pay. She said my sandwiches were a special and doesn’t qualify for the coupon. I ordered plain roast beef. She said mine was a special sandwich. Then she said I can use it for half. What? I said I don’t want them and then she asked her coworker and he said to take it. Never going back there again. And, I live nearby and used to go there once a week.
