He was working last I interface with him on Saturday February 20 the morning shift - I did not get his name but he had an accent. Very argumentative and completely illogical in terms of his reasoning. I ordered via the app two drinks, one for myself and another one for my daughter. My drink was a regular matcha and my daughter’s had a white chocolate strawberry cold foam on top. When I went to pick up the order her drink had regular foam - I pointed that out and he said that it was my fault because the order he reviewed had regular foam. I showed him on the app that I actually customized the order correctly and it was showing white chocolate strawberry foam. He started to explain to me that it’s Starbucks fault etc. I told him that I don’t care that’s something internal to the company and he needs to fix the order. He was not happy that he had to redo the order. Not only that but he rather threw the incorrect order away instead of drinking it himself or his colleague or giving it to me to take it to a neighbor that I have that I thought could enjoy a small attention like this. Overall unpleasant. If you make a mistake fix it. If you can don’t be wasteful. These are my principles and he did not meet any of them.

I always come to this Sunnyvale location from time to time. Most recently, it shut me out. There is no other Safeway open outside of San Jose 24/7. This one is the final nail in the coffin.
