I was at your place today, and what I saw was absolutely shocking. While I was eating, a delivery driver came in to pick up an order. He asked about it, and your staff told him it would be ready in three minutes. He came back three minutes later — suddenly it wasn’t ready, and they said, “I’m packing it right now.” He left again, probably because he couldn’t just stand there forever. Maybe his car was badly parked, maybe he had a kid waiting in the car — who knows. Delivery drivers don’t have the luxury of wasting time. He came back again after another three minutes. Once again he was told, “It’ll be three more minutes.” He said fine, he’d come back. And then out of nowhere, your staff told him they wouldn’t give him the order at all. They started saying some nonsense about “freshness.” What does that even mean? He literally said, “Just tell me when it’s ready and I’ll come back when it’s ready.” And they refused. Just flat-out refused to give him the order. I like this place. I order from you often. Now I finally understand why my food sometimes takes forever to arrive. This is why. You’re a big chain. How the hell do you allow your staff to treat people like this? Delivery drivers work for pennies. They’re out there in the rain, in traffic, dealing with stress all day. And your employees think it’s okay to jerk them around and then deny them the order completely? What I saw today was disgusting. I’m honestly in shock. You should be ashamed of how that driver was treated.
