They recently remodeled this location and it's been updated to kiosk ordering, which is hit or miss (for example, if you have an offer to use, you need to ask a worker to help). Luckily someone named Kevin helped me tonight and he was very knowledgeable and patient! Highly recommend using the app because you can get rewards/offers that you can't get just walking in and ordering. Their chicken is always tasty and a good value. I just wish I could get their Wing Lovers meal every time I go - they are often out of wings so you can't order that on the app or kiosk since they need to check availability first.

Moreover, their salsa and guacamole have a unique flavor that no one else can replicate. In addition, the welcoming greetings and the warm, motherly staff member at the entrance kindly assisted everyone using the self-ordering kiosks. I was so happy with that help. The staff here seemed to be working joyfully and happily, like Christians. It was another day filled with smiles for me. Thank you for the delicious meal.🙏😁

The food and staff are both great; it's just most of the time I pick up my order, it turns out to be incomplete. I always order 10 of each sauces online, but they give me less than that most of the time. Usually less than 5 of each. I dont know if there's a reason why they do that, but at least put a smaller limit when we order.
