After placing the order, I called the store to ask a simple question about cheese and pepper packets. Instead of helping, Cynthia responded in a rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional manner. She cut me off mid-sentence, spoke in a disrespectful tone, and then hung up the phone on me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior — especially when you’re dealing with a large order and just asking for basic customer service. This experience was frustrating and completely soured what should have been a straightforward, easy order. If Domino’s wants to keep its customers, it might want to consider better training in how to treat them with respect. Do better.
