- SOShannon O4 days ago5.0I ordered two steak bowls with extra veggies through the app for pickup, and it was super convenient since we didn’t have to wait. The portions were generous overall, but one of our bowls was missing the steak. Fortunately, we noticed while still at the store and brought it up at the counter. The staffs handled it really well. They checked the bowl, quickly made us a new one, and even offered a free drink as an apology. Mistakes can happen, but I really appreciated how professionally and kindly they resolved the issue. Great customer service!
