  If I could I’d give it 0 stars. Their staff has terrible customer service and attitude. They also don’t let you use the restroom even if you are a buying customer just because they are lazy and don’t want to clean it.

  I went to the McDonald's right here on Sunland my frappe was watery I wanted my food to be fresh and then my burger was nasty it just let was thrown on it

  This place will rip you off! They charge 10 cents for a bag and this morning I ordered a single cup of coffee and yup they charged a dime for a bag, a bag they didn't even give me (Theft). I spoke with the morning manager and questioned why I was charged 10 cents for a bag and she said I should have opted out of the bag. What? Who gets a bag for a cup of coffee? Her solution. Dispute it! I thought I was disputing it? I'm sure I'd get the run around since she didn't help me when I spoke with her. This is the only store that automatically charges the 10 cent bag fee. All others ask if you want a bag then charge you when you select yes. Imagine doing that to the hundreds of customers daily. Ten cents adds up and most customers don't see the charge and how many don't even get the bag they paid for? Just ask the owner. He's laughing all the way to the bank. I will not be returning to this store. There are way to many other Mc Donald's that don't do this to thier customers. Mc Donald's has really ruined customer service. This is not the Mc Donald's I grew up with. "Ba da ba ba ba I'm NOT loving it!" I'm Heading to Carls Jr. now.
