I can never finish it all in one sitting. Secondly, it's packed full of rice, beans, carrots, corn, broccoli, and zucchini. The brown tortilla is nice and soft. It doesn't even need salsa on the side. It's flavorful as is. I just finished my leftovers and by writing this my mouth is watering again.
