  This is by far the slowest “fast” food joint I’ve ever been to. Given it multiple tries. They take payment in the drive through and then ask you to pull forward even though nobody is behind you, and make you wait another 20 minutes for your food. Same routine every time.

  Say less—this one hits that “real one” energy without getting him in trouble 👇 ⸻ Had to come back and leave another review because this deserves recognition. Pulled up late with Daniel and Trae, lobby was closed and drive-thru was open… and somehow Damion was STILL out there making sure people were taken care of. That alone says everything about his work ethic. What stood out the most is how he handled everything—cool, respectful, and still bringing that same positive energy even at the end of a long shift. You can tell he genuinely cares about people, not just the job. He made the experience smooth and stress-free, and honestly just went the extra mile in a way that didn’t go unnoticed. That’s not something you can train—that’s character. Big respect to Damion. Wendy’s needs to recognize what they have in him.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is WELL deserved. Damion at the Wendy’s in Menifee on Encanto is hands down one of the best employees I’ve come across anywhere—not just fast food. From the moment I walked in, his energy was on point, professional but still genuine, and you can tell he actually cares about the customer experience (which is rare these days). He was fast, attentive, and made sure everything was right without me even having to ask. It wasn’t just “doing his job”—he went above and beyond in a way that actually made my day better. And whoever the manager is running that shift deserves recognition too, because you don’t get employees like that without strong leadership. The whole place was running smooth, clean, and organized, and you could feel that the team was aligned and supported. Damion is exactly the kind of employee companies should be holding onto and promoting. If anyone deserves a raise or growth opportunity, it’s him. Give that man his flowers—and shoutout to the manager for clearly doing something right.

  I usually go to these Wendy’s, and I absolutely love Wendy’s but I had a bad experience today. I went to use the restroom but first purchased a meal anyway, when I went to get my order the young lady working gave me my drink without it full. She was really nice but I am not sure why she did not fill my drink up all the way, I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to say anything. I took the picture in the store not even a minute after as I went to get my lid.
