  I placed a mobile order through the drive though sat a long line just for them to say I have to come inside because they couldn’t find it, mind you I have 2 kids sleeping in my car that’s why I went through the drive through I tried to ask for a manager and she said she already spoke to a manager and they said I have to come inside. Im sorry but no drive thru time is more important than a customer, coming from someone who worked in fast food for 7 years. Once I said I wanted a refund then they were able to find my order .

  This place at night is a joke they are so slow please get them more help 25 minutes for fast food is crazy they need help!!!!!

  Shoutout to this particular McDonalds. They were the epitome of fast and friendly service. Particular props to an employee named Chase- who got our road trip started out right by not only knowing how many ketchup packets a family of 6 needs when they say “more ketchup” - but also for delivering food straight to the parking spot with a big old smile. 👍👍

  Not fast food. Slow service. I’m now late for work. I have 30 minute break and it’s 20 minutes now of my break. Still waiting. Now I’m going to go in to get my fast food myself when I went through the drive thru. Horrible service. More than 10 cars waiting for food. No more stalls to wait in.

  I ordered through the McDonalds mobile app and picked up my food in the drive thru. My order was very simple. A McChicken with no mayo and no lettuce, a double cheeseburger with no pickles, onions, or mustard, and a small fries. When I got home and opened the wrappers, the McChicken had both lettuce and mayo on it. The double cheeseburger was not even made correctly. It looked more like a McDouble with only one slice of cheese, and it also had onions, lettuce, and tomato on it. None of that was supposed to be on the sandwich. I do not understand how orders can be this wrong when the instructions are clearly listed in the mobile app. It is frustrating, especially when employees are making over twenty dollars an hour and still cannot follow a very simple order. On top of that, almost every time I come to this location, I get sent to park and wait for my food along with several other cars. The whole reason I order ahead through the app is so the food is ready when I arrive, yet I still end up waiting. This experience was very disappointing. The only reason I continue coming to this location is because it is the closest McDonalds to my house.
