I have been coming to Wendy’s for years. I mean years. Probably 35-40 or so.
This Wendy’s hasn’t ‘stepped up’ yet.
I’ve eaten here probably 5-10 times. Always on Sunday between 10:30 and 11:30
Most of the time the burgers are not cooked fresh and this time my order was totally wrong. I always have a Dave’s double without Ketchup. Usually the meal. This time I got ketchup on my burger. I don’t like a sweet burger and ketchup makes a burger messy.
It appears every time I eat here, there is always something going wrong with the experience.

This location use to have quality fries now there fries look extremely burnt and they are hard if I'm going to be paying 17 dollars for a meal I would like it to look and taste like a 17 dollar meal not something that looks like it's been deep fried over and over and served out of the back there car NOT HAPPY WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD !!!!!!

Management has Failed! Drive thru time was 36 minutes, with 2 cars ahead. That an average service time of 12 minutes. 5 people standing around watching 1 guy cook frys. Fix it of close up shop.
