One customer sat in the drive-thru so long they finally gave up and came inside — and still had to keep waiting. That tells you everything you need to know about how poorly this location is run. To make it worse, every single syrup machine was empty. Not one. When you can’t even keep drink machines stocked in a slow store, that’s just straight negligence. The whole place felt unorganized, careless, and completely mismanaged. If you’re expecting fast food to actually be fast — or even functional — lower your expectations.

Things like straws and ketchup are never replenished. Staff is always very nice though, so as a manager I feel bad for them. This is an issue of being understaffed. I will not return as this is my fourth time having my order take over 15 minutes, usually 20 minutes. Also every time I go it is for one person.

No states, no napkins, dirty, sketchy neighborhood. Ba guy came in to use the restroom. Doors were locked. He got the key. Had to wash his hands on the soda machine Bessie it was filthy and the water didn’t work. Soda machines no screen over it, so it was dirty, didn’t know where to place your cup. What a damn mess. Probably shipment way the food honestly.

Highly unsatisfied the only thing that made me rate 3 stars was the fact the cashier gave us a frosty and fries for the inconvenience.
