  The regular crunchy tacos are ALWAYS SOGGY on the bottom!!! Even if you ask for non-soggy, they ignore you. Absolutely unacceptable!

  Ive been here a few times recently and this KFC used to be really good but after several employee rotations this store and the quality of the food have really gone down hill. The employees up front are usually the least knowledgeable in the entire place and regularly mess up orders. Their line for the drive thru is almost always backed up. If they ask you to wait for your food outside of the line, where an employee can bring it to you, then you're waiting upwards of 20 to 30 minutes. The manager is more concerned with making her drive thru times look good rather than making sure the service is good. I dont know if they need to hire more employees or what but hopefully they can get somebody to fix this
