If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service is trash, they always forget items you paid for, or give you the wrong item instead. I spoke to the manager about how I was displeased that I had to wait over 10 mins for my order, and how poor their customer service was, all he had to say was "they are busy". I won't be returning to the Bradley Rd location.

I keep getting asked to rate McDonald's. The food there is... mcDonalds. Yay.
But this location is clean, the staff friendly, the kids nice, it's just unfortunate that they serve McDonalds food.

Been going to this McDonald’s occasionally since we moved here and it is TERRIBLE. The service is so bad. They always forget items, the people don’t listen when taking your order. They need to be trained better. They are so slow too and they need new equipment outside for taking drive thru orders. Idk who owns this one but they need to get it together or sell the place.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Employees don’t have any customer service skills and are rude for spending money at their business. But the wait is the worst. You’d be better off going to a sit down restaurant than waiting at this McDonald’s. It doesn’t matter if you order 1 mcchicken you’ll wait in one of the stalls for about 20mins just to get cold food

This is the first McDonald's that didn't want to change an apple pie code for a seasonal one, pumpkin pie, especially when they cost the same. Other locations change seasonal instead of the original pie, but this location completely refused, saying the code was apple and that had to be it. I asked to speak to the supervisor and it was the same, he refused, I asked for his name to speak to management and he didn't want to give it to me. I believe that the corporation doesn't take anything away from changing a product that isn't usually on the menu because it's seasonal. I'm a regular customer, so it shouldn't have made a difference if I was ordering it with one of my codes (which they scanned and took 3k off my 32k) or paying cash, right? The "supervisor" was at this location on Tuesday, October 15th at 7:45 at night. I would have left things at that, but you don't speak to the customer with arrogance.
