This Mcdonalds is consistently incompetent. Special on a whole other level.
Every time I have attempted to obtain food from this mcdonals it goes wrong. Wrong order, missing items in order, no order at all, and best is that no one there (employees) knows how to troubleshoot any possible or order. No solutions. Just blank stares. It doesn't matter the avenue in which an order is placed. They cannot seem to produce. From ordering for myself in the Drive-Thru, to picking up a door dash order, to even ordering McDonald's from an app to have delivered to me. It's a nightmare. I have tried too many times. They clearly don't try. Benefit of the doubt is the sole reason for repeat visits. My bad, but noted.

Wipe off the drinks before handing them through the damn drive thru window. Especially after you hand them a melting ice cream cone. And then when asked to wipe down drinks you hand them napkins and say "oh sorry".

I know I came 5 minutes to close but my 4 year old was about to pee his pants and I just needed to use the bathroom for him would've taken 2 minutes. But the door was locked at 9:56pm when the door said 10pm, the manager or whoever was standing in front of the door refusing to turn around as I knocked, to at least say no sorry we don't follow our posted hours, I hope you're corporate so I can call in about this.
