I’ve worked in fast food before I know it’s busy but I ask you don’t use the same blender tool that you just stuck in caramel or mocha coffee then place it directly into my drink because now I I have a drink that should not contain coffee at all with coffee in it. I ordered more than one at that… Cross contamination is a health and safety concern. A follow up with the local health department will be made.

I went to McDonald's to pick up my counter mobile order of fries that I ordered for my son and I was waiting for my husband to get his drink because he ordered food for himself and the lady at the counter proceeded to tell us once you leave the restaurant you can't come in and refill your drink and I said ok I'm going home. I was so confused and felt like I was immediately categorized by her because I was in sweats and a baggy sweatshirt she assumed that I was homeless I guess… it's sad but it's your own people sometimes. She was very rude and I felt disrespected by her actions. Some people don't know what it means to be in customer service.

Every single time I come to this mcdonald's, i'm asked to park in one of their mobile spots, are they just trying to get their time line time better, this is simply unacceptable.How can a franchise be run like this.
