  People finding fault with this Subway must never have been to the alternative locations in Sherman Oaks. Very clean, very diligent and friendly staff.

  I paid $4.60 for a water they charge me $4.60. That’s unbelievable for aqua water that is really expensive and it’s very very, not good

  Wish I could give negative stars. Ordered through doordash and my tuna sandwich arrived EMPTY lol just bread and veggies... Talked to the store trying to reach the manager (apparently she's in only 2 days a week, leaves at 3 and doesn't know how to return phone calls) and finally owner called me back to say he checked the cameras and it was all done correctly... But the sandwich didn't even have signs of mayo or smell like tuna or anything so I know it wasn't driver interference... Love the gaslighting of their customers. I wouldn't order from here. They clearly have no respect and wouldn't know how to take accountability if their life depended on it. Wow BTW- saw the rest of the reviews and it all makes sense.. I spoke to the same person other entries mentioned Armen, the owner and he defended his employees when they have made all the other mistakes like dropping food on the floor and cussing out customers... Of course he's going to pretend everything went correct with my order. This place needs to be shut down
