  I was so happy to have a place to eat late at night! Finding good vegan food after a certain hour can be difficult, but this place made it easier, and the staff did a good job of explaining the menu items. I especially liked how spicy the broth was!

  I have ordered from here many times before and eaten there, loving their ramen. There is a worker who took my order over the phone for a pick up. I couldn’t understand why she was asking me I wanted only the soup or just the noodles which confused me, when all I said was I’m only ordering the ramen and nothing else. I pick up my food now and it’s literally just noodles and soup, none of the topping that comes with it. I’m honestly disappointed over this. EDIT: The owner reached out about the issue and it was resolved. It is truly appreciated.

  If you like traditional Ramen and are in the area, please be aware this ramen is not the type of ramen you know. This is a very different experience, if you’re open minded and I mean very open minded you will probably enjoy it. But if your not just don’t. I made the rookie mistake of going off the name wished staff at counter would have given me more information on the dish, but that’s on me. The Rolls are a no go even with open mind.

  I came across RedWhite Ramen randomly with my buddies back in February 2026 and and was initially skeptical since this is meat-less ramen. But man, their Japanese Curry ramen is so tasty iv come back multiple times. My friends and I agree that the taste and quality has been consistent each time. I highly recommend giving RedWhite a try and especially the Japanese Curry flavor.

  Delicious ramen in a simple, sleek restaurant. When looking for vegan ramen in LA, you have two choices: try an established place and hope the veg option is decent, or opt for the dedicated vegan joint. What’s amazing is LA is THE hotbed of vegan ramen houses in the US, and Redwhite Boneless does not disappoint. Rather than being confined to the veg backup, you have 6 or 7 good options to choose from. We tried Japanese Curry and Yuzu Ginger. All three of us said it was some of the best ramen we’ve had. The dining room is dark, cute and eminently minimalist. For half an hour, you’re in another world, one of all-out ramen satisfaction.
