  we ordered the pizza online and when i go to pick it up at 2:20 like 40 minutes before closing they refuse to give me my order cause they closing girl and the guy in there says its not my problem and even refused to give me a refund thats so unprofessional and rude.

  I am a New York and Italy pizza snob so nothing is good enough. But Joe’s is great! So happy to have found Joe’s. Thanks for another great dinner.

  Not only is the pizza absolutely incredible but their customer service is super old school and classy. They got my pizza order wrong ones and I called back and Karina told me to mention it was okay with her and I would get a free pizza next time. I asked for a coupon and she said it was unnecessary. I never figured that they would actually honor it, but guess what they actually did. That's just old school business values. Incredible.
