However, this isn’t the main issue - they completely burnt 2/4 of our bagels, and added cream cheese to a sandwich that had specifically asked for none as the only modification. Fortunately the staff did remake the bagel, but only after we had left and come back. They should’ve checked the product coming out of the oven to make sure it was fit for human consumption before serving to customers. It feels as though they were trying to ‘get away’ with poor, brisk service and food. While I don’t have strong feelings for or against Einstein Bagels in general, this location is definitely one to avoid.

No option to email the store to place an order. So if you don't wish to use a delivery service - you are out of luck with making advance orders. Which are essential for a large order. Adding a voice-mail option and/or a direct email option is being customer-friendly 101. The corporate owners of Einstein Bagels don't seem to subscribe to common courtesy to customers. And don't seem to care about losing business.
