Such a poorly managed location not to mention this employee who was painted like a clown (she was wearing clownish make up she also had red hair) was so rude for no reason and she had just barely clocked in. Chipotle do better!

I showed Manager Carlos screenshots of the online promotion clearly stating I would receive free guacamole with my order. He dismissed this, told me the online system was "incorrect," and refused to honor the promotion that Chipotle itself advertised. This is false advertising. Your company offered a promotion, I followed the terms, and your manager refused to fulfill it. Carlos was dismissive and showed no interest in resolving the issue or providing any customer service.
