  Not the best location to go to. Its already hard finding parking, which is no fault to the business. Its the experience that you have when you go inside. I would come to this one regularly and thought it was just me me. I realize that they are not really customer focused and very bland in personality. I ordered a white mocha and got a mint mocha. I will say, my bad for assuming that that alfreds sold white mocha, but the register person didnt even correct the situation and surcharge me for a holiday drink, Because he was so focused on the conversation that they were having. I could of ordered something else. When I brought it up, he then told me that we dont have white mocha just a regular. Ill just go to a better location from now on.

  No restroom. Tried their eggnog latte. Was DISGUSTING the first sip but what made it literally 10x worse was all the ice they put into the drink. Why would you design a latte that thick milk based then water down and ask someone to pay $8 for it? The drink itself took almost 20 minutes to make. I used to love Alfred. This place is trash.
