  Avocado was no where near ripe or even edible. Asked for extra toasted bagel but got barely toasted.

  Unapologetically slow service. Ordered online for takeout. After waiting 45 minutes, gave up and got a refund.

  I’ve been a Western Bagel girlie my whole life, but with the massive shrinkflation going on over there, I gave this place a try. And wow these bagels are SO GOOD!!! Great size and texture, and so flavorful. Give the hot honey cream cheese a try. This will for sure be my new spot moving forward. And they have dog bagels :)

  The Maplehouse was ok. The thing that bothered me was watching the female cook sweep the floor and then move all the bagel baskets in the case with the broom. Third word move

  Service was HORRIBLE 1st and last time I’ll ever be going here . BOTH cashiers a woman and a man were rude. We got our food burnt. The lady who took our order when we told her we had a free bagel bc (we took the survey )and wanted spread in our bagel she said they don’t do that here. That the free bagel is only plain. Which is false because I go to other Einstein’s and they do it I just pay for the spread. Well she gave us the spread on the SIDE when we wanted in the bagel. The lady who was in the back she was very nice and she even said that the spread is supposed to be in the bagel not on the side. I read the reviews and this is not a first time thing. This location has to talk to their employees specially their cashiers.
