  Compared to other Alfreds, which are generally excellent, something is up here. Staff with disinterest- perhaps I'm not cool enough and poor execution of simple drinks. Alfreds is my favorite coffee in town generally and this ain't it.

  Feeling completely scammed. There was zero option to not give a tip. This is ridiculous and should be illegal. Never going here again.

  I made an error on my online order and the store made it right when they didn’t have to. It made my entire day. That level of service and detail is unheard of these days. I really appreciated it!!!

  Not the best location to go to. Its already hard finding parking, which is no fault to the business. Its the experience that you have when you go inside. I would come to this one regularly and thought it was just me me. I realize that they are not really customer focused and very bland in personality. I ordered a white mocha and got a mint mocha. I will say, my bad for assuming that that alfreds sold white mocha, but the register person didnt even correct the situation and surcharge me for a holiday drink, Because he was so focused on the conversation that they were having. I could of ordered something else. When I brought it up, he then told me that we dont have white mocha just a regular. Ill just go to a better location from now on.
