  I am so disappointed. I have never had an issue with this location before. I live MUCH closer to other wing stop locations but due to the consistency from this location, my family and I prefer this location until now. We purchased our order online . My husband went to pick it up, mind you we live 15 minutes away. He picks the order up , drives home , I check the order and we’re missing 20 wings and a large fry. I’m extremely annoyed. The ticket on our bag says bag 1 of 2. The associate HAD to see that when searching for the name . I call and they confirm they made a mistake. I asked to be compensated and Danella said the only thing she can do for me is to remake my fries . I asked for the manager. She said there was no manager. I asked for the managers name, she said she couldn’t give it to me. I asked for corporates number, she gave me the wrong number. I will never return to this location again. I forgot to mention I specifically requested my wings be well done . My order wasn’t ready until maybe 20 minutes after my estimated time it said online AND MY WINGS WERENT DONE . And when I went to pick up my missing order , I asked her did she remake my fries since that was the only thing she offered and she told me no . She didn’t hear me say yes I wanted her to remake them .

  Ordered mild boneless wings. I was looking forward to enjoying my food after a long day. To my surprise the wings were still drenched in oil! Can’t even taste the flavor of the wings. I called to inform the manager, she was nice but did not offer to accommodate me without brining the wings back. Sad to say, I ended up throwing out my food I payed for due to the wings not being edible.

  The wings here are honestly so good. They’re always fresh, crispy, and full of flavor, not dry or greasy like a lot of other places. The sauces are really what make them stand out—bold, tasty, and not overpowering. Portions are solid, prices are fair, and the staff is usually friendly and quick. It’s one of those spots you can count on when you’re craving wings that actually hit the spot. Definitely worth coming back for.

  Loyalty to their employees over the customer. Absolutely terrible service. I didn’t receive my fries on a big family order, and the worker mentioned they double checked but not in my case. The worker said they didn’t believe me when they trust the worker when I would not come back to the restaurant just for an order of fries. I am a child of God and would not lie over FRIES. I know it isn’t a big deal and I can live without fries but it’s the principal of them not believing the customer for THEIR mistake? Very very disappointed when Wingstop has such amazing food and that this experience had to ruin it.
