- JMJustin MingusApr 12, 20265.0I’ve been ordering bagels at Noah’s for as long as I’ve been in Stockton. I’ve ordered the Monday box countless times for my family and coworkers. The bagels are fresh, delicious, and ready to eat. I always order ahead on the app because inside can get a bit wild with long lines and crowds (both of which I dislike) and almost always my order is on time and quick. I sometimes just order a bagel sandwich for myself or wife and it’s always quickly made and ready to pick up. I was disappointed in so many negative reviews because that has never been my experience at Noah’s. I think part of it is that people are so narcissistic and entitled these days they don’t understand that they aren’t the only person in the shop or order being made. If you hate waiting in lines and don’t like interacting with employees….just order ahead like I do instead of complaining on Google reviews that could negatively impact a local business Just my 2 cents

What made the experience worse was the attitude from staff. When we asked about substituting for something else so we could still order, we were dismissed and told “that’s just not how it works.” I understand being busy, but poor customer service and unwillingness to offer any kind of solution is unacceptable. If you’re going to have long wait times, at least treat customers with respect and try to accommodate them.

What do you care. Now, multiply an average of three pennies by the number of transactions Noah's has on any given day. Im guessing it approaches a thousand bucks or more
