I didn’t receive my fries on a big family order, and the worker mentioned they double checked but not in my case. The worker said they didn’t believe me when they trust the worker when I would not come back to the restaurant just for an order of fries. I am a child of God and would not lie over FRIES. I know it isn’t a big deal and I can live without fries but it’s the principal of them not believing the customer for THEIR mistake? Very very disappointed when Wingstop has such amazing food and that this experience had to ruin it.

Try another spot. apparently you can't have your food well-done anymore and extra cook time is limited to 5 minutes. I dont want soggy fries and undercooked wings. It used to be good but they keep cycling through new cooks that it doesnt stay consistent.
