    If I could give a negative score I would. On 2/3/26, I ordered my food at the Kiosk in the TB at 532 W Hammer Ln in Stockton, CA. I checked in before I started, so my info dropped in. When I went to pay with my default card, the screen said there was a problem with the card, to go to the counter. I showed a TB employee and she brought someone up front to talk to me. The order logged in my credit card account and was also present in my TB app.. The person I talked to said they have no record of the order and I'll need to take the issue up with my credit card company. I showed him the payment record and my order on the TB app, and he still refused to give me my food. He brought up a lady, Sandy, who said she was a manager, and she too refused to give me my food. Even with the credit card record, order visible on my app, I had to leave without my food. Sandy showed no customer service and even said maybe my order went to another TB. I told her that I just ordered at the kiosk in her TB. I've had this same problem at this location before, however, that manager said she was aware of the problem. She served my food so I would not be double charged. I left hungry & bewildered. The staff showed no customer service, or effort to resolve the problem. Online I filed a complaint with TB customer service. They acknowledged and said they would get back to me, but never did. I filed a 2nd complaint the next week. This time customer service said they are sending the concern to the site, and I would hear back in 3-7 days. I never heard back. The owner of this franchise should be embarrassed of Sandy's actions, lack of customer service, and their failure to respond back to me. I'll never return here and hope others do not as well.

    This review is directed to the owners and corporate. I have visited Taco Bell locations in multiple states and cities across the United States, and this location is the most difficult one to dine in. I placed my order through the app for dine-in, and I still had to request essentials such as sauces and napkins. The dine-in experience at this location was unacceptable.

    My friends and I come to this Taco Bell almost every other night not just because the food is quick, open late, and always hits the spot but because the customer service is amazing every time. Staff always greets us, never rushes, and makes us feel welcome. One employee deserves a special shoutout, Deborah! She’s unintentionally funny, kind, and one of the sweetest people ever. Every time we see her working, we already know it’s going to be a good night. She goes above and beyond in little ways that makes us feel appreciated and you can tell she cares about the people she serves! Taco Bell hit their big one hiring Deborah.
