  I came in to pick up my sandwich and the employee who helped me was being rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner when I asked a question. He was a male employee wearing glasses—I’m not sure of his name, but I think another worker may have called him “Anthony” or something similar. I did not appreciate the way I was treated. I simply wanted to pick up my sandwich and leave, but the customer service I received was unprofessional.

  I ordered a veggie patty sandwich from Subway, and when the Dasher went to pick it up, they said they don’t carry that anymore and asked me to cancel the order myself. If I canceled, I’d still get charged for food I never received — how does that make sense? When I said I wasn’t canceling, they suddenly offered to make a regular veggie sandwich instead, but then refused to issue the price difference. The veggie patty sandwich clearly costs more than a plain veggie one. The audacity of asking the customer to cancel and then refusing to make it right is ridiculous. Terrible service and zero accountability.
