- AVAl VynneSep 2, 20251.0I stood in line just to use a coupon and when I asked if they accepted them, the 2 old females spoke to each other in their native Farsi language, I find this to be very rude. Then she said yes I can use the coupon but only the very basic sandwich, I said fine I'll just pay for the sandwich without the coupon because I wanted a big hardy sandwich for lunch. When she asked what kind of cheese, I said Swiss and she snapped back at me with a mean tone of voice and said "No Swiss"? So I asked what type of cheese do you have, there was a list of available cheese options stuck to the display glass and she tapped very hard on the list many many times as if she were getting upset with me???? Now everyone started staring at me, I don't know why, maybe to see if I was losing my patience as well. I firmly believe in good customer service, we are the reason businesses such as this establishment exist, but maybe these women, who speak Farsi, do not understand this American concept, but I'm merely just trying to find a good sandwich and don't understand why I am being treated this way? I considered for a moment to continue with my order and then surprise her with the old "oh, I forgot my wallet" trick, and just walk out, but I'm better than that, so I immediately cancelled my order and just told her, I changed my mind because she was being rude, and apologized. I wrote this long review about this place because I really want everyone to understand how horrible the service was, and how we as paying customers do not deserve to be treated in this manner, please boycott this place.
