In my recent order, I shopped some of the deals in the app. 3 items were canceled and in out of stock. So no one messaged me to see if wanted any substitutes. The canceled items affected 2 deals I was buying, making my order more expensive for less items. I called and asked for the 3 items to be substitute and I was accused of trying to get free items and laughed at. I explained that I normally substitute via chat in the app, but the lady on the phone was very dismissive and told me to just canceled the order. She refused to listen or be respectful. Needless to say, I canceled the order and made my order with the Country Club location. Better customer service
