- LGL Y google3 days ago1.0Negative never have available indicated via online items via shopping online delayed,unorganized, damaged or expired items not properly bagged correctly. I grew up on the Westside when Safeway was where Big Lots was located I was a child but that been said I stay away from here as the vibe is always off,weird and unwarranted and in-store staff ignorantly follow you around even after seen you and talking to you . I've choosing not to go here and just take the extra trip to other establishment with better quaility,vibe,attitude and products. I understand they are understaffed but for someone who is physically disabled this is more of a hassle as I have to unbag and rebag everything so the damagable items do not get smashed by the numerous heavy items thrown on top or super heavy and not bagged correctly. Disability do not have a certain look just because you believe someone looks fine is not the case. Iunderstand they are understaffed but with that being said thats a HR issue not a consumer issue. If they dont have adequate staffing via online stop taking orders if there no quality whats the point.
- TMT M6 days ago3.0It’s a mixed bag, pun intended. You have deli, sushi, meat and hot counter employees that are genuinely nice all the time. Then you have the cashiers especially at night that are rude and disrespectful. The blonde that works customer service is always nice and friendly but our friend end manager Faith is a bit rude. We spend our money here because it’s close but Safeway is not cheap. Service should be the same all around not hit and miss. Also, to Safeway corporate shame on you for not supporting the local community and the business owners trying to improve the area. Corporate greed at its finest.

- CWClaire WilsonJan 30, 20261.0security & employees suck when it comes to the pokemon machine. security guy will make friends with the scalpers and won’t say anything. they let scalpers sit there for hours, to the point that they have giant bags of product. what’s the point of the machines at that point? machine says “no loitering”. reinforce the no loitering. security and employees should be able to step up and tell people to get off the machine
