- FXF XNov 17, 20251.0Usually enjoy coming here as one of my Go-To’s, However it was obvious today tha the Broccoli Cheddar soup was watered down, All 3 of us who ordered it noticed. Also the person after us, was told they ran out. Working in the restaurant industry in the past for many years, I know sometimes restaurants do this to stretch out the soup to fill orders, but it’s not a good practice. I’d rather be given a choice to pick an alternative. This location almost always has dirty tables compared to other locations in various California cities. Not sure what they did to the Chicken avocado melt, but it is also very salty now - I don’t know if it’s the new bread or what. I myself like salty foods but it’s a bit much even for me, however my daughter does not like a salty sandwich, and she pointed out what I noticed last time as well. $50.45 for 1 bowl & 2 Cups of Watery soup, & (2) 1/2 Sandwiches that are salty with 1 Drink is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

The lack of attention to food prep and “rapid pickup” I ordered a Salad for pick up through the app and this isn’t the first time this is about the 3rd time now and the same salad each time it’s supposed to come with chicken and now for the 3rd time it’s missing chicken it’s not the biggest deal ever but for the 3rd time now it’s getting ridiculous and as for the so called “rapid pickup” it almost seems as though it would be faster to just walk in and order the food because any time I go through the drive thru for pickup and I get to the window I at least have to wait 5 minutes there before anyone hands me my food at this point McDonald’s service might even be better.
