Do not go here! We waited in line for 20 minutes. We were never acknowledged. When we got to the front of the line the worker told us that he would be right with us. We continued to stand there for 5 minutes! We finally got our bagels, and when we got out to the car we realized they gave us the wrong bagel. My mom went back in and told them we received the wrong bagel. Instead of trying to make things right the employee argued with my mom and told us we could wait in line again and pay again for a new bagel. Also the person that was making the bagels was also the worker that was working the counter. Never once did he change his gloves after touching all that dirty money. Terrible service! Not worth the food.

Honestly, the only reason I come here is because it’s the only spot in my area that serves breakfast bagels. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. I saw an employee drop opened ham onto the floor mat on the prep line, and I never saw what happened to it afterward. On top of that, the staff is consistently rude and seems annoyed if you ask a simple question. Waiting 25 minutes because the eggs were “taking too long” is unacceptable. Overall, the food, service, and quality are extremely disappointing.

The bagels here are good but oh my GOD is it filthy inside!! It’s been like that for years upon years, even before COVID. I seriously don’t know how it passes any type of inspection. Garbage and dirt everywhere. Do better since this is a common review here.
