My son loves to get his Happy meals but this particular McDonald's is always forgetting something. I usually pay extra for certain things on my burgers. If they don't come with bacon I'll add bacon, there's been about four or five times that I've added bacon on a burger and they charge me for it but then I get home and it's not on my burger. Or I've gotten home only to realize that they forgot my son's Happy meal drink, his apple juice or his chocolate milk which is an inconvenience because once I get home I'm not coming all the way back out. I think that they might need to just pay attention a little more It seems like that they be a little distracted when they're taking orders; and the drive-thru and dine in experience. Advice, less chatting and more working.

My father ordered a sausage mc muffin with no sausage for me he also had enough points for a hash brown but when looked in the bag it wasn't the right order it was a sausage biscuit with egg and there was no hash brown we checked the receipt and it said the right order so we definitely got handed the wrong thing plus I don't even like the biscuits or eggs or sausages I mean I like the egg and sausages but I always am not in the mood sorry whoever has a hash brown and sausage mc muffin
What a money waste even a point waste my father is going back and checking out inside so we don't get the wrong order nvm he just came back

This is a typical new McDonald’s, which in general can feel a bit cold and not always pleasant to deal with. But Victoria at this location is just lovely; attentive, kept the dining room clean, and made what’s usually a cold McDonald’s feel welcoming.

TRASH customer service! Ordered at 10:20 via mobile app on a Saturday. Got there at 10:40 to pick up order. They cancelled it and manager said “I don’t know why it’s cancelled but we can’t do it” with no other options offered. Amaaaaaaazing customer service. Get that bag, girl!!!!🔥
