They shouldn't even have a phone since they never answer. And as a potential customer, why would I leave a message for a call back. I simply wanted to know if they were open today on Thanksgiving Day and if so, what time do they close as I don't trust what online information says; so I call the place of business to verify. I was a potential customer, now they lost that chance, I moved on to another McDonald's.
