    This location is being run with the most careless and unprofessional customer service I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s. I corrected my order at the speaker right away, and instead of simply updating it, the employee responded with attitude and made it unnecessarily tense. At the window, she mumbled something I couldn’t hear, refused to repeat herself, yelled something across the drive-thru later, told me “I think I speak very clearly,” and then refused to give her name before locking the window in my face. I left with no food and no explanation. This was a complete breakdown of basic professionalism and respect. The employee was wearing black (possibly a manager), which makes it even more concerning. If this is the level of behavior allowed by whoever oversees this store, it says a lot about the leadership standards here. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with corporate so this doesn’t get swept under the rug. This location clearly needs serious management attention.

    Ordered online for my breakfast and went to pick it up. There was a long line and turns out i couldn’t get my food because it was not morning anymore even when I online ordered my food in the morning. Terrible customer service and slow at doing their job.
