We called to complain, because we were already home, the lady on the phone said next time we come to just remind them and they will replace taco. In case we lost our receipt, she took down my wife’s name. When we returned, a couple weeks later, a worker named Christina refused to replace the taco. She was very rude and said that we should have come sooner with a receipt. The food here is decent, but customer service is horrible. They are always rude and disrespectful. Word of advice, take care of your customers, be kind and nice, be grateful that you have a job. Remember, customers are the reason you have a job. Being grateful can easily change the atmosphere in your location. Taking our business somewhere else.
